Good Monday Morning ..... 29th December 2014 ..... 3:30am Tropical Depression Seniang is nearing Tandag in Surigao Del Sur. Expect rains moderate to heavy as this passes thru and will exit the landmass of Agusan del Sur by noon. Tropical Depression Seniang will pass North of Cagayan De Oro then travel across Bohol Sea near Taglibaran to Dumaguete and will exit in to the Sulu Sea. Present winds near the center are estimated at 55kph. This is mainly a rain event that may cause flooding/flash flooding/landslides. Be advised to PREPARE and stay safe. If you are near rising rivers please evacuate as officials warn you. The winds could damage some light weight housing. Fisherman...its advised that you keep out of the sea because of 4 foot waves. Being hungry for a day is better than dying for a lifetime. Fasting one day a week will make you appreciate your food more. Slow down when eating....recognize the taste, flavors, and textures of your food. Dont eat like you are killing snakes or afraid someone is going to take your plato away. Learning to fast one day a week can help you in severe times. LUZON and Northern Visayas you are still effected by the Northeast Monsoon. You look mostly dry.
