Good Morning All, In one final attempt to raise the interest and the funds for the publishing of Steve Lunderstedt`s book on the Intake 146 Story The Forever Boys My appeal to you all is to make an effort to respond to our request for a commitment to purchase the book, The revised Prices of a soft cover 342 page book are : 100 printed: R532 Total R53200 150 printed: R430 Total R 64500 200 printed: R320 Total R 64000 This excludes postage and packaging and has zero profit. Therefore is cost price. So depending on the response we would possibly be looking at 100 copies Minimum. I am also sure that many of you have read the first chapter that Steve posted a few weeks ago, if you havent please take the time to read and appreciate just how much time, effort and research went into writing it. There are also a few people who have offered financial assistance in contributing to a one time cash payment for the publication, and this is a very generous offer, but it would be unfair to expect one or two people to fork out such an amount only to get the return over a longer period of time, so please place an order here so we can put this thing in print now. Those of you who received a copy of the Magazine published for the 2013 Re union in Cape Town, will know the quality of the print, as well as the great work Steve put into it. By the way there are still a few available should you want one. Finally as can be seen in the posts below I had three responses to the request for ideas on a 2015 Reunion, so that seems to be that as far as arranging the re union goes. Dianne and I put in a lot of effort for the last one and it was a great success, and with even more guys now on board the next one would be even better, but I will not even consider the time and effort if only three people respond.
