Good Morning All ! It seems the arthritis in my left hip throws me fits each and every morning. I have to walk it out the best I can. It is like my hip is frozen and the pain is horrid. I take a painkiller about 4 am when I know it is going to flare up. I wake up every morning at 4am for a potty break. Always have. But the pain is worth mentioning because it takes up so much of my morning. Once it is walked off and I am up for the day, I can bear it and walk pretty well. These last few days when it has been humid and the barometric pressure has been dancing around is when it is at its worst. Although I love rainy, stormy weather, my poor old body doesnt. I am strong though, and I can work through it most mornings. This morning is a bad one, but I have been up already for an hour, and have been sitting here rocking back and forth on my ball, trying to work out the pain. Well, thank you for reading this and for being my friend...have a great Sunday - Ill be hanging around for a spell until I go out to pack up the rest of the orders I have to ship tomorrow.
