Good Morning Lifeline! How is everybody this morning? Max is just in from Border Patrol and proceeded to tell me several things, then had his pill and is now having his cat treats. Salem came in behind him and is having some cat treats too. Their ears are cold. They were glad to be out after not being able to go out for a couple of days. We were out of town over the weekend and Max and Salem and the girls were all very bad while we were gone. They sure gave the pet sitter a run for her money. Greystroke chased her out of the bedroom, and Max and Salem overturned their food and water dishes, knocked over one of the litter boxes and rolled around on the living room carpet shedding what looked like most of their hair. I discovered later that they also had managed to get up to the third floor which is still under construction and extremely filthy. Found a blanket and the bathroom rug pitch black and couldnt figure out why, then found the door open when I went to the linen closet on the landing. Quite a bit of cleaning to be done today. Had a great time at Gary and Erins over the weekend. We left on Friday and came back yesterday early afternoon. Had a fun day out with Erin and Alison, shopping and lunch and girl stuff. We also took Garrison for a haircut and shoes. At the barber shop Garrison made it perfectly clear but in a nice way that he wanted the barber who had cut his hair last time and no one else. Then they had quite a talk while he was getting his hair cut. We celebrated Erins birthday. I got her a cake and let Garrison decorate it which consisted of him pouring sprinkles all over the cake and everywhere else. We got dinner form her favorite restaurant and gave her our gifts. Gary and Larry did some electrical work in the house. Nice weekend all he way around. I am very blessed in my family. As for the cats, I sincerely hope they behave themselves today. It is a good thing we love cats. Blessings to all today.
