Good Morning Sweet Friends:) Its a cold and drizzly day here in our neck of the woods, and we are up early heading into San Antonio to run some errands. Yesterday Jared and I contacted a private adoption agency that we had been mulling over for about a year now. We were both originally dead set on using one of the state run agencies, but given recent developments we have put that on the back burner. Texas CPS adoption services will not even entertain your application if you dont check the box that indicates that you will be a foster parent. After dealing with CA State adoptions to no avail, having four miscarriages and struggling with infertility in between over the last nearly seven years of marriage, foster care is something we just couldnt emotionally endure at this time... We want a forever family. So there is a bit of a disparity there between our needs and their needs... Anyways, those are the developments:) We should be hearing from this new agency, next week:) We will keep you updated:)
