Good Morning Team DMC Happy Sunday friends and family. What are you doing today? Sunday is Fun - Day in our house we will connect with each other have fun, eat gorgeous food laugh hug and be happy. I went to bed last night at 8:30pm and today I woke up naturally at 03:15 tried to go back under but as I have dreams to chase and catch I got up got excited about life, excited about being free, excited about owning my own life and being the creator of my own destiny. I am in charge of me and who, what and where I am. First off it was some mobility and movement to get the blood flowing while I drank my water and herbal tea all the time listening to powerful motivational messages ( better to fill my mind with positive shit rather than our self programmed negativity ) I moved straight into my gratitude journal and my how to be better questions. Mindfulness is next then I am going to read another chapter of my book. Around 5am I will do some work on my online coaching programs. Around 7am they boys will rise and shine and then my day is about being a great dad and a better husband. Thats how Im rolling and its going to be a great day. Live with Passion, Pride and Purpose.
