Good Morning! The wind is NOT blowing like a hurricane today, so far. Should be a good day for moving cows. I have a customer coming by sometime today to pick out his angels. (He called me in August to put his order in) My phone was cutting out when we were talking Friday, and I thought he was coming Sat...oops. Think Ill give him a call this morning and let him know to call me before heading this way...I may be out on the four-wheeler chasing cows down the road! (He is making a 90 mile round trip, after all.) The plan for today is to move them from the pasture 3 miles away to the house, separate the calves from the mommas and then take the mommas a mile away to the pasture we just fenced last week. Then Monday, the calves get to go for a ride to the Beaver County Sale Barn! And Im going to slow roast a big ole pork tenderloin to feed the helpers...havent decided yet what to fix with it, but Ill come up with something good. And in between all that, Ill be working on those angels!
