Good Morning. This fall is once again a reason to live in this little piece of heaven called Iowa. I roamed the country side this past week end and the fall scenery was spectacular. The farmers in the fields plowing, the hills plastered with all the oranges, yellows, and reds of a painting. Okay, I know enough of that....on to the food. Today is Enchiladas and Tortilla Soup so ~ man your stations ~ Carpool for a parking place. And I promise a Picture will follow, but really folks, we hit the jackpot on this one. For the next 31 days we will be serving a Meatloaf Panini with Provolone Cheese and White Bean Puree. It is over the top delicious. Just came out of our test kitchen to many applause! And, did you see the stacked Eggplant with fresh Mozzerella ~ we are on to that today as well, and Cornbread Salad with fresh cherry Tomatoes. There is just too much good food to discover. Pink Box Pam added to the difficult choices of the day ~ with a Pumpkin Cheese Pie. Fall is truly here and could it possibly get any better?
