Good Morning Valued Forest City Residents: You spoke and we listened. We want you to know we are proactively taking steps to amend the trash issue recently reported. We are actively monitoring our landscapers to ensure that they are taking care of the trash cans at the mail kiosks and playgrounds as part of their weekly duties. We also took the time to meet with our maintenance technicians and directed them to inspect the kiosks more frequently and report back to their manager if there is an issue. Lastly, our leasing team will also keep an eye on trash cans and report back to management if they see an issue. Thank you for your comments: without them we would not be able to help ensure a comfortable and clean living environment for our residents.
