In truth, Muslims are not forced to remove their hijab or tudung because they do have a choice to work or not to work for that particular industry. No one force them to join the uniform group like nursing, scdf, police, ICA, and the army. If you are reluctant to remove your hijab, then I urge you to think twice about making a career in nursing.
