Good News!!! I got an email from Facebook Investigation Team and they concluded that the charges for the non- authorized ads were in fact fraudulent. They apologized and will be issuing a full refund and were apologetic about the situation and have made steps toward fixing the problem before it effects more people, which is even better news. I wanted publicly praise Facebook for doing the right thing. The situation was inconvenient for both of us, as it wasnt Facebooks fault either. These days its easy to put people or entities on blast passive aggressively, and very rarely when these types of happenings turn out positively, is there any follow up and/or follow through. In my heart, I cant be hypocritical and wanted to set the record straight, because its the right thing to do. I am glad they helped catch the error along with PayPal and I publicly apologize to Facebook for coming across as being accusational in my prior post about the fraudulence.
