Good Service - Mike from Applied Imaging just left. Been here two days in a row. Went above and beyond to provide good service. Nice to run into people like that. Why is it that we notice the ones who do not provide service excellence and fail to complement those who do provide good service. I have a new resolution. Same thing was true for furnace repair last week and emergency light repair this week. All good service personnel. (But I do think I have a bad genie on mechanical loose in the office at the moment....)
