Good Sunday evening Weather Watchers!! Lets see whats going to happen with Kansas Weather this upcoming week..... I have loaded multiple images- make sure you follow along Tomorrow a cool front and area of High pressure approaches the Sunflower State from the North. Can we squeeze out some Thunderstorms along the front??? Slight chances... The area of High pressure moves to our East on Tuesday which allows for counterclockwise return flow which allows for increasing temps Mid-week. By Friday an area of Low Pressure looks to develop around NW Kansas/NE Colorado..lets see how that plays out. By Friday we will have enough return flow that Thunderstorms are a pretty decent bet as this Low develops and a boundary develops East from the Low. Thunderstorms looks to continue along this boundary Friday night into Sat morning. As of NOW this looks like a decent chance of moisture for the Eastern 3/4 of the State--lets see how and where this low develops and how slow this boundary moves---As if know the Low and associated boundary looks to hang around the Sunflower State as the area of High pressure we deal with Monday and Tuesday hangs out in the Northeast US blocking our weekend Low from moving to quick which could bring some decent moisture...
