Good Thursday morning.....Hopkins County area.....its another bitter cold morning....my thermometer shows 28 degrees and theres a 10-12 mph wind, making the chill factor around 17 or 18 degrees...bundle up for the trip into work this morning, but wear something you can discard, as a warm-up should have us up to nearly 60 degrees this afternoon and a beautiful 70 degrees on Friday afternoon....if you dont like the weather in Texas...just wait a few minutes!!!!....Remember the awesome....Dodge Ram So God Made a Farmer, Super Bowl Ad last year....whats going to be the top ad this weekend? Ive already seen one for Chevy that involves a cowboy, a bull, and a herd of cows...I think most of us want to rock along in life, without having many major upsets or unexpected things happening....living what we term as normal....but God challenges us to do bigger and better things and when the unexpected happens, I feel its Him telling us that we need to get off our can and start doing what He intended for us to do here on earth....would you want a messenger here on earth that went with the flow....seldom got out of their comfort zone and maintained the status quo....in other words, would you want a messenger that acts typically like you? Lets make an attempt to reach the goals that God has set for us and see what He can do in our lives! Have a blessed winter day!
