Good Tuesday morning, a little more interesting weather today- starting out mild again, sun this morning, with clouds arriving early this afternoon. The high will again be in the low 80s, but theres a chance of showers or thunderstorms late this afternoon and into the early evening. So much easier to get going in the morning with the daylight starting so early! Gives you time to stop for breakfast :) at Beckys Deli.... how about Maegans Green Eggs and Ham?? Fluffy scrambled eggs with pesto sauce, provolone cheese and thinly sliced smoky ham on a toasted kaiser roll, YUM. I love making these, the pesto smells so amazing. Speaking of provolone and pesto, one of our most popular Gourmet Grilled Cheese menu items is on special this week. Its simple, but really delicious: Provolone cheese and roasted red peppers on a 1/2 hoagie roll spread with pesto sauce, grilled on our paninni grill til its all toasty and melty.
