Good afternoon! Well its an awful, cold & icy day here! Went to work and only had 1 kid 1st thing this morning so I jumped on the treadmill and got 50min in before 3 more kids came in for a whole 25min. Slipped on the ice and bruised my shin but Im good. I have Pump & Shred to complete and then have to go grocery shopping and now shopping for a new microwave....ours just blew! Been doing good with my clean eating, but I am having crazy cravings! Its like my mind is testing me and its not easy but if I see someone at home having something Im not allowed I just leave the room with my water and find something to do! I am on day 5 and my weight is down so I am doing something right! Hope all of you have a great day! Laters x👊💪
