Good afternoon my Beautiful HANS Family... ;) New day new goals with a passion for life. Smashed my 100 Mile Challenge after yesterdays 27 mile run with two of the most sweetest & kindness HANS sisters which took us through four cities Mesa, Tempe, Chandler & Gilbert. The feat was no doubt the most physically, psychologically & spiritually challenging experience Ive ever placed myself under nevertheless, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I woke up feeling sore as heck & took a few more hours sleeping to allow the body to recoup & recover. I woke up feeling emotionally charged & spent time to reflect on the beauty in life. What a priceless gift we each have been given in this life. The human spirit has soo much to offer- Life, Love & the Will to endure. NEVER allow doubt to succumb to defeat. Together we have the strength to succeed. Lets touch millions to heal, endure & to strive for a healthier tomorrow. Working off the muscle & body aches & tightness sby hitting the weights & doing some mild cardio. Why not??? It can only get better from here on out. Letz do this with a rockin spirit!!! Reach your potential & watch yourself fly. Sharing a smile... :)
