Good afternoon peeps! That time of week again Friday fit club time! Its a couple of hours away so keep them food stores stacked with pre fuelling foods such as lean protein, healthy carbs and fibre. Tonight were concentrating on our upper bodies. If you have any empty bottles of water, the small ones, fill 2 of them with flour or even more water so that you can add more weight resistance to your workout. Or maybe you have some hand weights you can dust off. Dont forget a towel, water, waterproof coat if needed and a positive attitude! Sees you all later :))
