Good day everyone. I’ve got my first cup in hand and am working through the schedule for the day, which is going to be back to back. That’s ok, chaos keeps me going… but there are a few tasks today that I must get done. I need a #homemade chocolate chip banana bread in my life right now so we’ll be baking one up later today (recipe link in comments). My friend left a fresh head of kale in my fridge over the weekend so this will become… kale chips (recipe link also in comments). Lastly I must get back to the #garden this afternoon. I’ve got to #harvest my corn and clean up the bed to get it ready for the next crop… which will be…. ??? What should I plant… squash, kale, chard… hmmm, decisions, decisions! Time to get breakfast going for the kiddo and oh… I see the sun peaking through the clouds… a little sunrise enjoyment before the thick of the day begins.
