Good day friends, The Mixtape Village SA team has came up with a schedule for the next few months. This is how this page is going to work : We will be releasing 2 mixtapes every month by guest deejays of our choice, i.e. 1 mix every two weeks. The genres will differ from week to week, and this is done with the aim of reaching out to all the diverse music lovers out there. In addition to that we will be releasing 1 E.P from an artist, producer, duo or band and it will be available for free download to all. Every now and then we will be releasing another EP titled, The Road To Mixtape Village and this will feature single tracks from different artists all over the country selected by out team. We are trying to shift away from this culture of releasing single tracks and posting links on peoples walls as it displays a great deal of unprofessionalism. The aim of this page is to provide a platform for those who take their careers seriously but have not been offered the proper channel or platform to give the country a taste of their capabilities. We would appreciate it if you would invite more friends who you think might be interested in this page, to like this page as it will be a fun and exciting initiative for all those who love music, whether it be that you on the producing side, deejaying side or just a music lover.
