Good evening Facebood Family! I was doing my daily reading tonight and thought I would share this with you. This is from a very familiar story about Joesph and his brothers. The scripture below explains what happend when Joseph finally revealed his identity to his brothers, who sold him into slavery, when he was only a boy!! Genesis 45:5-7 says, 5Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. 6For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest. 7And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. My thoughts.... It’s amazing how your life can appear to be in a series of brutal situations; one after another. Then you realize it was all a part of God’s plan!!! WOW! Joseph continued to honor God in every area of his life. I know from this story, no matter what tests and trials I my encounter, if I continue to honor God, He is always orchestrating my life. I say, “God I trust You!” I’m reminded of a song by William McDowell called “Sovereign God”. It says, “Your word is forever. Settled on the earth. And Your plans for me. Is perfect and complete. I know that I can trust You. I am secure in You. No matter what may come my way. I can trust God. Trust You Sovereign. I never have to be afraid. I can trust You God. Trust You Sovereign God. I’m in your world. I’m In Your hand. I can forever trust Your plan; Sovereign God. Forever and ever. I can trust You God. Yes, this is my testimony!!!!
