Good evening, Its time to get PiYo CRAZY with me & my Rising Phoenix Nation team. 30 Day PiYo Move of the Day Challenge is HERE!!!! Here is the 1st move SIDE PLANK w/LEG RAISE Level 1 (modified) is shown in top window...with knee on the ground. -Hip is lifted -Belly in -Shoulders away from ears -Lift and lower your leg Level 2 (full move) is shown in bottom window...both feet on the ground. -Strong straight legs -Hips lifted -Belly in -Shoulders away from your ears -Lift and lower leg To participate in this Challenge with my Rising Phoenix Nation Team and be entered to win the PiYo Home Workout DVD set at the end of this 30 Day Challenge...simply do the following: -Take a pic of yourself in this move (know your levels to ensure proper form) -POST the pic (or video) and TAG me in it!! -add #piyowitharisingphoenix THATs IT!!!! -you can join at ANY time -you can skip days if you want/need to -every time you participate...your name is entered into the drawing!!
