Good evening all! Some more Fenway prep today. Threw together a second circuit of exercises that were alittle more geared to the stadium race. Put in 5 rounds. Warmed up with day 5 of the #spartan30 and 100 jumping jax. Started with some 45lb plate carries on the steps for about a minute, similar to the water tank carries at the stadium. Slamballs also made an appearance, so threw those in. From there I decided to work with my medicine ball on some core work and with lunges. Then finished with some barbell thrusters, mostly cause Ive been wanting to play with my barbell. But, its a great exercise incorporating arms and legs, plus I needed the work on my form. Like my WOD from Monday, had a few thoughts on how to change this up, Ill have to revisit in the future. Have a good night all ! Aroo!
