Good evening all. This is for all of those from Sam Ash. In case youre not aware, Jimmy Peele passed away 2/27/14. Not only was Jimmy a Sam Ash staple for many years, but he was also Joes father figure & best friend. Quite honestly, they were more like brothers being two old souls; Joe being 30+ years his junior. If I had a dollar for every story/joke/incident Joe shared with me about the shenigans of Sam Ash involving Jimmy Peele; Id be Bill Gates kinda rich! I cant count the times I would call Sam Ash, get Jimmy & his patented Hello Dah-ling in that deep baritone voice that would send shivers up my spine. So much so that Id hear Joe yell in the background, Alright there, thats enough!!! Give me my wife. LOL!! When I asked to say goodbye to him hed laughing say NO, youre mine NOW BEAT IT!. ROFL. Jimmys Memorial Service will be at 11am this Sunday 3/9/14 at The Caribe Funeral Home, 1922 Utica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234 if youd like to attend. Its nice to know that Jimmy & Joe are up in heaven chillin. Wonder what those two are doing & talking about, LOL? RIP guys, we love you still...
