Good evening everyone. Hope you had a great day? Chapter Five Continues. When we got into the compound, we quickly looked around just to make sure there were no neighbors spying on us. The place was completely quiet and so we felt safe. When we got to the front door and tried to open it, we discovered that it was locked. We were left with no choice than to burst in. I did not know what to expect inside the house, maybe there were other bad people inside but to be safe, I asked Ade for a spare gun. He said he had only one. Tunde’s eyes shot up at Ade’s response, his expression gave away the fact that Ade was lying but, he said nothing, instead he brought out a second gun from his back pocket and gave it to me. After preparing our minds for the worst case scenario, we destroyed the locks by shooting it and then burst into the house on the count of three. We moved fast and quietly along a very short passage before getting to the sitting room. As soon as I stepped my foot in, I stopped in my tracks as shock and then surprise, hit me. The room held so much interest for me. Not because it was tastefully furnished but because of the pictures on the wall. They were of Ese and obviously members of her family. I say members because there was so much facial resemblance between her and the people in the picture. For a moment, I forgot why we entered the house and I just stared. Ade and Tunde didn’t mind the pictures so they went into the passage to search for Luke’s twin. After they had gone, I held my gun by my side and started to move from one picture frame to the other. The people in the picture looked so happy and I was really surprised because to me, Ese was not a happy person. I say so because I know that it is only an unhappy person that goes about ruining people’s wedding plans and also try to snatch their fiance. Talking about wedding, I had until evening to end this rife with Ese or else, there will be no wedding for either of us the next day. I brought my phone out and started to snap the pictures. Definitely, if we could get in touch with some of her people, maybe kidnap them and threaten her, she will let us be. I was still taking pictures when I heard gun shots twice from the passage way. Remembering where I was and what I had come for, I quickly kept my phone back in my pocket and held up my gun. “Hope Ade or Tunde did not shoot that guy dead.” I said to myself as I prepared to move. I was almost going into the passage when I heard a familiar voice at the entrance. “What!” Said the alarmed voice . “What happened to my door?” Yes of course, we smashed the door in but then, I was more concerned about who was there. “Was it Ese? Or was it her relative?” The voice was feminine and sounded so much like Ese’s. I was excited and anxious at the same time. Ese was finally within reach and I bet she was not prepared for what was coming. She had messed up with me and Frank long enough and now, it was time for a show down, I needed to teach her a lesson once and for all, so, I hide behind the curtain at the passage entrance and waited for her to show up. In the next three minutes, I spotted the person with the voice, in fact, she was still complaining when she came in and was about to place a call to someone who she felt could help her.
