Good evening everyone! I want to go over some very important changes that will take affect January 1st. Due to a high number of late drop offs, There will now be a $10 late fee if your pup is not dropped off as scheduled. I currently have morning and evening time slots for each day of the week. Instead of giving a two hour window or exact time, such as 9am, I will begin asking for you to choose a ONE HOUR window from the optional drop off times. I have tried to avoid any fees, however I am not a staffed kennel facility, with someone here waiting all day as clients come and go. I work from home & currently am a one woman show, so late appointments can affect my families plans, when my daughter gets her dinner, another appointment I have scheduled, or other activities planned. The one hour window gives clients a good amount of time and leeway, but also helps me to plan accordingly for my day. Currently, I have many drop offs that are an hour late or longer, which can greatly affect my schedule. Please try to be here during the time you agreed to on the contract, this is very much appreciated! If you are going to be late, please just make sure to call or text so that I am aware. As far as pick ups go, I understand many things can cause a delay, especially if you are coming in from an out of town trip. I will ask for a 1 hour window for the pick up time, but will allow 2 hours of leeway before additional fees are added. For example, if you schedule pick up between 10-11am, but show up at 6pm, there will be an additional half day charge added. This can cause me to be overbooked though, so I can not guarantee availability if an extra day or two are needed, however I will do my very best to accommodate you if this is the case. Last couple things to address is no shows and deposits. I only take in 4-5 pups at a time & it can be hard to fill in a spot without notice. After 2 no shows, I will no longer be able to offer my services, unless full payment for future jobs is paid up front. The non refundable deposits are currently 20%, but this will also change. This change is to save YOU money in case you cancel. :) Up to $100 bookings will be a $15 deposit, $101-$250 will be $25 & any bookings over $250 will be a $50 deposit. I will always strive to provide excellent service to my clients and go above and beyond for them every day. I also truly hope that everyone understands the reasoning behind these changes. I give the pups at my home 150% of my focus, I choose to decline extra income from daily visits to homes or other jobs, because I want to provide a higher level of service. So, when their are no shows for example, it affects not only my business but my family. Again, if you have any concerns or questions message me anytime.
