Good evening everyone Lately I have received a lot of private messages asking me what is going on and why is someone else selling my feeders. So I would like to address this. I am the original inventor of the little hand held feeder that everyone has been seeing. It has a red cap with a yellow flower on top. For those that dont know, there was a member on here who copied it exactly and then advertised it for sale on here until being banned, but continues to sell it on other hummingbird groups. I am asking that members consider what is going on here before purchasing from her. She goes by the name of Hum-fi Hummingbird Feeders, La Plantwhisperer, and Lisa Szczygiel-Durante. I have no problems with anyone making them for personal use or taking to local craft fairs. I do however have a problem when someone copies it exactly and then tries to put me out of business by publicly attacking me on facebook sites. Not only is it morally wrong but it is bad business practices. To...and in regards to Jan Warner Whaley: Since you and La Plantwhisperer have made it a point to personally and publicly attack me together as a team I will address my concern in regards to you giving advice. I find it amusing that you occasionally state that you are not an expert but yet when someone doesnt agree with you they are wrong. Sorry but this makes you a reader with control issues and that is all. If you cant manipulate people and get attention then you are not happy. That is exactly why I refuse to discuss anything with you. I do however discuss with intelligent, opened minded people who have experience in the field and understand the difference between theories and facts. Anyone can write a book and several have...only to have their information discredited. Please consider this before you go around stating I have read many books . We all come on these groups to have fun, share pictures, learn and become facebook friends. I dont like the negativity that has inspired here but find it necessary in order to stop the confusion and hope it clarifies all the private messages I have been receiving.
