Good morning Fellow DLI Students, DLISA MEETING WITH DLI MANAGEMENT&DSA LAST WEEK-Issues Resolved: •To whom: For students that wants to get it, they should visit institute secretary office for processing at no fee attached. •NYSC Exemption certificate: Processing of exemption certificate will now be processed DLI management 3months before the final year students final exams. Immediately after graduation, the graduating students will get NYSC exemption certificate letter and which few months the NYSC exemption certificate will be ready for collection. Unlike before that it takes 2-3years or more before the certificate is ready, the management has assured that such will not be the case again. Within few months certificate will be ready from now on. •School I.D Card: Their is move on School I.D card to be released to students on time before its expiration. Management assures that all will be done to make sure students get their I.D before it expires. •Residential: The residential for year 3-6 will no longer start December 8th. It will now start December 4th and ends Dec 23rd.2014. Therell be one week of revision lecture/class whille the exam will start 11th December14. •Medical: Students of DLI are encouraged to visit medical centre any day, any time for medical check ups and treatment not just during residential. Management said the medical bill students paid for covers a session not just residential. Management reiterate that if any students is abused or maltreated by the Unilag medical centre they should report to DLISA to inform them for decisive action from DLI mgt. Note: make sure you have your medical Card.#Its your right because you pay for it. •Nursing mother who have paid their school fee should visit DLI office to register their name for special hostel/accommodation during residential.
