Good morning Saints of God, Its 6:30 AM and i am rejoicing with a spirit of thanksgiving that even in the midst of all thats happened in this one short week, God is still Sovereign in my life, as well as the entire universe. In my quiet time this morning, God expressed His pleasure in His people when they are sincerely excited to go into His house, and worship Him. Whats your attitude this morning? Are you just as happy, and joyful this morning as you were yesterday morning? We should have the same attitude that David had when he penned Psalm 122. David said it this way: 1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD. (Psalm 122:1) Contagious Love For God I am so convinced that we are called to ignite others in the church as well as outside of the church. The Love we have for God should not be a smoldering love, but an open display of True, Sincere Love that becomes Contagious. It is apparent if we dare take a look, that how we live our lives can have a positive, or negative effect on others. I ask you this morning; Is your love for God Contagious? Does the fire and desire to be in the house of God that you have, become so real that others become curious as to why you are so excited about entering the house of God. For so long Christians have thought it was fitting to blame church leadership if the church was not flourishing. When is the last time your love for God was so contagious that it caused someone to want, what they believed you had? It seems to me that all across the nation, Sunday mornings have become like, or less than any other morning with an attitude that says If I fell like it, I will go! David here in the 122 chapter of Psalm was rejoicing that the people had extended him an invitation to go somewhere that his heart was already sold out to. David loved being in the house of God, worshipping and praising His name, and therefore when extended an invite by others he knew that this desire had spread from person to person, and heart to heart. Listen as I close: Its your duty to extend an invitation to everyone you can, to come and go into the House of The Lord. We all should desire, and ask God to develop in us a genuine Contagious Love For God. If the Kingdom of God is not expanding, then just maybe we are not doing all that we can do. I encourage you this morning to become a fire starter, not a fire quencher as others look at you and see a Contagious Love For God. David was excited that someone else besides himself had a desire to go into Gods house. Where does your joy, and excitement lie this morning as you prepare to enter in?Have a Super Sunday, and please continue to pray for me, as I will for you. I love you all dearly. heartforstanley
