Good morning. We had a fun filled weekend topped off by the 5K hosted by Friends and Neighbors in Action. They are a non profit organization with a mission to assist those that suffer from serious chronic and debilitating diseases. They are just what their name says, friends and neighbors that take action. We are so grateful to them for choosing Mike and Team Legrand as this years 5K beneficiaries. Just one more example of people doing the right thing for those less fortunate. THANK YOU FNA for all the hard work you did for Mike and the cause of SCI. You are amazing, please keep doing what you do for so many. We ask that all of Mikes supporters visit their website supportfna to learn more of what they do and perhaps how you can help. Lastly besides all the fantastic volunteers we also want to thank those that came out for the Run and Fun Walk. Friday Mike spoke to the Monroe HS Football team before their game against a very tough Piscataway team. The team presented Mike with a Helmet with his number 23 on it, a great gesture by Coach Beagan and his staff. The team responded with a great effort, but unfortunately despite their effort they came up a bit short on the scoreboard. Hold your heads high Falcons good thing are on the horizon for the team this season and Mike will be there to cheer you on. Today Mike heads to Kessler for Rehab and then Dad, Mike, and Brian will at the NY Jets game thanks to Dave Szott and the NY Jets. As we have said before Mike sure keeps us busy. Please keep your prayers and well wishes coming Mikes way, that in conjunction with so much help from so many, is the fuel needed to move Mike along the road to recovery. Bless you all for everything you do for Mike and our family. Chris and Steve
