Good morning everyone!! Are you ready for the next Spartan Race? WOD : ~ 6 mile trail run ( Great way to prep for the Beast Spartan race) ~ uphill sprints in between ~ push-ups with side leg inverted kicks to work on the core (30 reps) ~ Hand Stand- If you cant do a push up, hold the hand stand position for as long as you can (notice how Im still working on my form) ~ Finished strong with some squats on a tree trunk for balance and added 45lbs on each shoulder to step up my beast mode !
