Good morning facebook peeps! What a beautiful day it is going to be, I hope you all enjoy it. I just wanted to share an update of how my Haiti preparation is going thus far. This past weekend I met and bonded with all 12 members of the Haiti team at Camp Brookwoods and Camp Deer Run (Official) --First of all the campsite itself was beautiful, not to mention the food was delicious and the time spent there was unforgettable. More importantly though, the people whom I met during the weekend were truly some of the kindest and sweetest people. The trips other teams are embarking on include our own Dorchester, Guatemala, Moldova, Ecuador and more. To be around people who are actually putting their hearts and words into action was very inspiring. I could go on and on about how great this event was, but honestly I simply want to say thank you again to all the donations Ive already received for making it possible for me to be a part of such a life changing experience. It is not easy to ask people to donate especially money, but I am truly blessed to know all of you wonderful givers -- Whatever gifts you can share with me I would be so grateful for (including prayers --since I am going to Haiti!--canned tuna & meats, Powdered milk, Peanut butter, Boys church clothes, undershirts and underpants (ages 6-16) Girls church clothes, underpants (ages 5-16) French/English books, videos, song tapes, Medicines .
