Good morning friends Ive been a little MIA all is well busy repairing & upgrading Empanada Guy Restaurant along with creating blue print for the future. As I evaluate & reflect 2014 was amazing I also learned a lot about myself when dealing with pressure & being patient. As the business grows the risk factor increases Ive become more obsessive,compulsive & protective with my operation & branding therefor I just dont have NO tolerance for nonsense like a mama bear with her cubs. Im living in the present moment & I freakin love it!!! Theres so much more I can do to improve my operation & I will without getting into debt.
