Good morning my vivacious family. Just like that Monday is gone, Tuesday is here, so are we and I say Thank You Vibrant Father. I pray that everyones week got started off on the right footing and your feet are firmly planted to allow for a great rest of the week. This mornings ghostly tale takes place back at my office building while working in Mission, Tx. The central office of this school district if some of yall remember is the old Mission Hospital that while moving its location to where the new hospital now stands, forgot to take some of its residents with them. One particular resident that is found at central office is the ghost of a nurse from way back when who still roams the halls. There was an occasion when one of the school counselors had been to a meeting at central office earlier in the day and had forgotten her sweater in the boardroom where the meeting was held. She came back to central office to retrieve her sweater after work and had her little boy with her. She asked him to wait for her in the waiting area of the building while she went back to the boardroom to collect her sweater. When she came back her son wanted to know who was the nurse that kept walking back and forth in the front hallway by where the child was sitting. The mother assured him that there were no nurses there as central office was already closed for the day and it was mostly the custodians cleaning who were there. The child was adamant that he saw a nurse and even described the garb she was wearing which was described as a uniform and cap used back when nurses still wore white dresses and the little nurses cap they would wear. Well the poor counselor heard her son describe what he saw and just as quick as that, she grabbed her son and made a dash for the door. I used to love the fact that our building was haunted and I always thought of it as a bonus. My family you know what else is scary? Not sharing with the world all the glorious love and light found inside each one of you! Heres wishing each and everyone a most ghoulishly delightful day which it will be when you show the world love and declare this your day.
