Good things happen if you wait. I am super excited to help Richard Ball of Trail Running Nepal out w/logistics at the Manaslu Mountain Trail Race starting Monday. The race is divided into stages across 7 days, 212 kilometers, and a 5,100m pass around the 8th biggest mountain in the world. There are some world class entrants including Anna Frost and Lizzy Hawker. It is going to be an amazing race!
