Goofie buyers for Ohio house: - pay ALL closing costs plus ALL of theirs, - replace furnace and air conditioner because it is half way through its life and has another 15 years to go, - replace all electrical because it is up to 1992 code and not the code for new homes built in 2014, - replace the 6 year old roof because there is a humidity stain around one pipe, etc etc....Why not just tell us to also replace the wood floors, carpet, appliances and everything else and give it to you for free? Stupid people want a $400,000 brand new house for an old house price....I hope your 7 inspections were expensive since you drew the wrong assumptions. Now, go away and stop wasting everyones time.
