Gospel Reading at home today " Fear Shapes and forms our " shadow " all that we do not admit to be , all that does not want to discover within us all that we want to try and not all that do not recognize as true in our own character . " Shadow " is a Jungian concept to denote the sum of the sides rejected the fact that the creature does not want to admit it or see itself , remaining thus forgotten in the depths of intimacy . For fear of being seen as we are, our relations are limited to a superficial level . Resguardamo us and shut ourselves intimately us to feel emotionally safe. Refusing to accept the diversity of emotions and feelings of our inner world leads us to live without the control of our existence , without having the reins of our destiny . The act of repentance is nothing more than realizing our side inappropriate . You admit to ourselves that we have identified our behavior inconvenient and we need to change our attitudes towards people and the world . Repentance can be seen as our awareness of certain elements that we used to deny consciously or unconsciously projecting them out or repressing them in our "shadow " . The act of repentance is an antidote to fear . Who repented is examined because their depths and found that their desires and tendencies are nothing but impulses common to all human beings . Who repented is learned because it is simply human , fallible and neither better nor worse than others . The so-called tics are nothing more than acts of compulsive impulses or repetitive contraction of certain muscles , developed unconsciously, not to take consciousness of repressed emotional content in our " shadow." Tics are motor compulsions to relieve emotions and functioning as true " sidings energy " to contain emerging feelings . The technique works as follows : while the individual is distracted by the tick , do not let it come to consciousness the repressed , because they considered it ugly and sinful. The sum of these denied emotions overwhelm us , pushing us true repentance and damaging our inner growth . Many of us continue , for years , fears unwarranted feeling for all that repress and to avoid thoughts , memories , or impulses from reaching the conscious.
