Rang my Bro in Law and he kindly came over and looked her over. Besides shaking his head at the mass of wiring he found that the earth from one of the battery leads was jammed into a gap between the panels.Just jammed not bolted. No wonder my metal choke cable arced!!!!!. Cleaned it up and put it in properly and she fired straight up. She is running rough like a truck (wait...she is a truck!!!) but not running sweetly like a clevo should. But at least I can drive her down to get a pink slip or at least try and get one.Thanks for all your advice and assistance and hints,I appreciate it very much
