Got a present of a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10inch bought for me in the US last November. Worked for a week then screen went blank. Contacted Samsung Ireland to see if it could be repaired here even though it was bought in the US. Sure they said. Had it collected for repair by them & then sent back to me with nothing done. Tab still with blank screen. Tried to contact them again but no luck. Contacted Samsung UK who rang the Irish office and again had it collected for repair. Sent back with nothing done again. Still blank screen. Tried contacting them again, left 12 messages & still nothing!! Sent the Tab back to the US, at my own expense to be repaired. Taken by the Geek Squad to be repaired after they immediately diagnosed the problem. Just received the Tab in the post this morning (again at my own expense) with a lovely smiley letter telling me my Tab is repaired. Guess what?? I shit you not.......blank screen. Samsung you are truely useless with the worst customer care I have ever had the displeasure to deal with......dont normally do this but they have left me no choice. You have been warned people!! Samsung you & I are not finished yet......
