Got abused for the first time tonight. Asked this older guy if he had been drinking already. I could smell wine on his breath but he said it was from the night before. I decided to decline the wine and he started getting abusive so I offered him a complaint form, he took them all and said hes not coming back lol before calling me and my other staff w****rs (I knew he was drunk when he said Ive never been in this store before and this is how you treat a new customer, you remember me right, youve served me here before!)
