Got completely irritated with being unable to get out, so I did anyway. Thought a nice flat walk wouldnt do any harm (fingers crossed). Anyway started at the Balmoral Sailing Club at the southern end of the beach & walked up The Esplanade to past the Balmoral Beach Club at the northern most point. Then just turned around & went back. Todays outing was not a particularly exciting or adventurous walk, but it was a beautiful & very necessary one :) !!!
