Got pushed to my limits this morning!! Insanity Max :30 Sweat Intervals owned me. Even followed the modifier for a couple minutes at the end and felt the burn!! Oh yes, I maxed out! Many people have been asking about this program so thought Id share a few of the moves from today (they can ALL be modified for low-impact). Love LOVE LOVE the feeling of pushing just a little past my limits each day. Seriously 30 minutes is PLENTY time to get the job done--if you do it right.
