A simpler idea....MPs get to ask questions with no prior notice so answers are spontaneous and not just read from a prepared statement by a civil servant. Abolish group whip system. Abolish pairing arrangements. Have quarterly MPs Question Time in constituencies at Public Meetings in Town Halls. MILIBAND? Prime Minister? Dont make me laugh. Another reason to vote YES.
