Gotta train for something Do any of you have that annoying - TopicsExpress

Gotta train for something Do any of you have that annoying friend or multiple annoying friends on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter that keep posting things that inspire the hell out of you in regards to health and fitness? I mean annoy you in a good way not a bad way. Well I have a bunch. I happen to have been blessed with meeting thousands of amazing people in my life and a handful of them have been really bothering me. So much that Im up at 3am Im so bothered. Its kind of cool because its almost like a pay it forward thing. I desire to always be that guy that people turn to for motivation but I have had my challenges like everybody else has their challenges and I know what it is to be knocked down but not out. Getting older sucks but I dont want it to suck that bad anymore. Its time to WORK! In every area of life! Ive gotten lazy and depressed and I need it to end for good! So here are the guilty parties Im speaking of. 1. Steven Pieri, thats it! I want in! Im tired of seeing ALL of your damn Spartan Race photos of you having all of this fun without me! You win! Your posts have succeeded. For a few months now, your frequent posts of you jumping over fire, crawling under barbed wire in the mud, and standing there with a look a satisfaction on your face as you and your beautiful Longo wife stand side by side victorious as if you just beat the Trojans. got me! You got me! You win? I hope youre happy. You have managed to inspire me and entice me so much that I started to look up the Spartan Race information and Im excited and intrigued to take on my first Spartan Race with you in February of next year if there is one. My first goal I have committed to is my very first 10k race. I have always hated running long distance and it is actually one of my greatest fears. So my good friend 2. John Blewis put me on my very first running program. Im 6 miles in and two workouts down as Im building a base. I figure that being able to run 10k cant hurt me in a Spartan Race. Im pathetically slow right now but I promise that shit will change. I miss the old me, Im tired of this bulky, older, fatter version and even though Ive trained at EXOS and have been doing some cross fit I havent been the OLD me in a LONG LONG LONG time and I want to be him again. So heres to You Steve and John! Thank you both for being the motivator who motivates the motivator. Im mad! Im hungry and Im going for this in a BIG WAY. MY ASS HASNT BEEN 180 pounds in A long long time. Ill be damned if I dont get down to the lightest, fastest, leanest weight of my life in the NEXT 4 months. F$&@ getting old and settling for being anything but excellent! Keep on me and stay with me! Ill be combining everything I have learned in my life to be the best I can be. Im combining this running program that John is in total control of from here on out with racquetball and mountain biking. Minimal cross for training for strength and a ton of core work along with EXOS regeneration and rest recovery techniques to avoid injury and keep blood flowing, keep mobility and flexibility. Whew! Here goes! I cant wait to be in the mud picture with our hands up in the air after beating them damn Trojans! Haaaaa. Cheesy but I dont care. Without a game or competition, training is lame! Gotta train for something!!! 3. Omalza Fitnessandmassage Ian you are a beast. You make me miss Vegas and trust me I dont miss Vegas at all! I just saw your damn photos on Instagram!!! Are you kidding me. Professional MMA fighter turned trainer, turned Physique competitor. Wow! Dude you look insane! Like unbelievably insane. Good luck this weekend you bad ass! Many many many thanks to ALL OF YOU! Zapp
