Governor Wa Iria of Muranga does it again,allotting 50mln for sports activities in his county to keep the youths occupied.This Wa Iriya reminds me of a Japanese Concept in Strategy called Just-In-Time,to me he is a J-I-T for this county the size of the state of Israel.Wow,Shakespeare in the high seas of his literature would have posited thus in painting the progressive aspect of Wa-Iria "Some people are born great,others achieve greatness,while others have greatness thrust upon them".Wa Iria your bones will be interred in the annals of history among the great visionaries that did put the county before self.Viva & tonite you win my OOJr Order of the Woyi Siro Award.
