Gracious Father, I humbly come before you this morning in worship. I do this not on my own merit, but on Christs alone, in whom I have boldness and access with confidence through [my] faith in Him (Eph. 4:12). Worthy are you, [my] Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things and by your will they existed and were created (Rev. 4:11). Let Your name be hallowed as I commit myself to love You with all [my] heart and with all [my] soul and with all [my] mind (Mt. 22:37). Please grant me the grace needed to live in the strength that [You supply]--in order that in everything [You] may be glorified through Jesus Christ (1 Pt. 4:11). By [your mercies], [I] present [my body to You] as a living sacrifice (Rom. 12:1) and ask that the love of Christ [control me] (2 Cor. 5:14) this day. Please sanctify [me] in the truth.
