Grateful that my mother (mama, madre, momma, and mommy) was blessed to see 76 today. I am usually quiet, but I want the world to know that I cherish my mom and I would really be at a loss if God were to take her away. I am in awe of her tenicity in raising three children by herself in a time when it was neither common or acceptable. I love you momma for not giving up. Betty Smiley you rock! I am also grateful that my maternal grandma, her mom, Mariene Patterson was graced to see 97 on Saturday. My grandma is also a remarkable woman who I admire. They both shaped me into the person that I am today, a God fearing woman of God, like my examples and someone who is respectful of others and their feelings, that loves the Lord with my mind, body and soul, and who cherishes my children and grandchildren and encourage the best out of them as God requires of me. Lastly I want to send a Happy Birthday shout out to a woman whom I affectionately call my other mother, Constance Gearhart. Thank you for all the love and support ! May God continue to bless all of you with many many more years
