Graterford Bridge Deemed Unsafe, Closed Immediately The Graterford Bridge in Perkiomen Twp. has been closed due to a PennDOT inspection which revealed structural deficiencies making it unsafe for traffic to be on the bridge. Graterford Road will be detoured over Route 29, Plank Road and Route 73. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
