Great 4-gaited horse for expirence riders Beautiful power horse for 4-gait-competitions and/or the ambitious hobby rider! Kapteinn is a stunning grey gelding born chestnut, and 9 years old. He has excellent gaits with very good tölt with great speed range up to high speed, good leg action and clean beat. His trot is flying, with good tension and long strides, his walk unstressed and relaxed and his canter well balanced, powerful and with nice rhythm. Kapteinns mother is Orða frá Skáney, a Gustur frá Hóli-daughter. Orða is in Germany since seven years and was evaluated at Pfaffenbuck with 7.75 for ridden abilities and 8.02 for conformation. Kapteinn has a lot of willingness, but it always easy to control, just a powerhorse that needs a rider who enjoys a forward thinking horse that you put in a gear and it goes on forever. We would recommend Kapteinn to an experienced rider, he is not a horse for beginners. He is soft on the reins and reacts very well to the riders commands, is very easy and friendly in handling and in the herd.
