“Great Find in Dejvice” (EuropeanTrav223,Dallas, Texas) Having inlaws there and a sincere love of The Czech Republic, I find myself in the country usually 2 times a year. For the last three visits to Prague, I have made a point to go to Nenasyta. The first time we went, a good friend of mine took me - he lives in the neighborhood, the restaurant had just opened. Primoz and Meti, were so inviting and warm, (we had only stopped by for a glass of wine and appetizers) we had to go back, and that we did a few days later. The freshness of the food is directly attributed to the local sourcing of the ingredients. Seafood is flown in daily from Slovenian contacts. The care in which the food is prepared is just another detail that adds to the depth and savour of the dishes. i.e. Truffles - most restaurants cover the food with the taste, masking the freshness and deliciousness of the foods... not Nenasyta.... hints of spices enhance and do not cover. I would recommend, Chefs Choice, Primoz will build a course for you and your servers will help match the regional wines.. right up to the dessert pairings. The service here is exemplary and Meti and Primoz truly care about your experience. It is a great place for friends, and would impress anyone who truly recognizes an above and beyond establishment. I highly recommend that you get out of the center of Prague - and go visit this them in a really awesome neighborhood. tripadvisor/ShowUserReviews-g274707-d4062085-r207094561-Nenasyta_Deli_and_Bistro-Prague_Bohemia.html#REVIEWS
